With over 25 years experience designing and developing document and data management solutions for customers in the legal and healthcare industries, I'm well positioned to help solve problems in my role at Alliance HIM. With positions ranging from Customer Service up to General Management having responsibilities for multiple locations and over 140 employees, I've learned that a laser focus on the customer is mandatory for everyone in the organization. Unfortunately, just working hard on behalf of the customer is not enough anymore. Value needs to be proven each and every day. I am a 6 Sigma Black Belt and understand the importance of accurate data and reporting tools to verify success and drive continuous improvement.
